The monthly payment covers managed hosting, SSL, backups, uptime and security monitoring, WordPress and plugin maintenance, technical support, reasonable minor website updates, critical form and booking-path monitoring, technical SEO and AEO upkeep, and continued operation and maintenance of the included AI CSR within the plan's usage limits.
After the initial 12-month term, the $199 monthly payment continues month to month. PeakBuilt continues hosting, security, backups, maintenance, technical support, reasonable minor updates, conversion-path monitoring, technical SEO and AEO upkeep, and AI CSR maintenance within the plan's usage limits. Any cancellation or notice requirements follow the service agreement.
No. PeakBuilt offers one introductory Founding Partner position at this rate in each selected business category. This does not prevent PeakBuilt from serving other businesses in that category unless a separate written exclusivity agreement is created.

We will determine whether replacement or recovery is the appropriate solution. Malware removal, domain recovery, ownership disputes, and recovery from an uncooperative provider may require separately scoped work.
The AI CSR is trained on approved business information. It can answer common questions, capture customer information, help qualify inquiries, and guide visitors toward an estimate, consultation, or appointment. It is instructed not to invent unsupported answers and to escalate when information is uncertain.
